Performance Analysis

The Performance Analysis model is not based the Difficulty, Importance and Frequency (DIF) model recommendation. It is based on the gap between current and desired performance and the reasoning behind the gap.  In other words, even though the DIF model may indicate that training is not needed while the performance analysis model may conclude that it is.

If a plausible solution is linked to a Solution, its color changes.

 For Training Solutions

  • Go to Training Design
  • Click on Programs
  • Click on desired program
  • Click on Course Analysis
  • Click on desired course
  • Click on Jobs
  • Select desired job and click Save
  • Click on Link Training to Knowledge/Skills Gaps
  • Select desired Performance Gaps and click Save

For Non-Training Solutions:

  • Go to Solution Analysis
  • Click on Solutions
  • Click Add
  • Input Solution Title. Ensure that you select the right solution type and client and click Save.
  • Click on Target Audience
  • Select desired job and click Save
  • Click on Link Solution to Performance Gap
  • Select desired Performance Gaps and click Save

Plausible Training solutions are presented under Training Design versus Solution.  To link a course to a plausible training solution:

  • Go to Training Design
  • Click on Programs
  • Click on desired program
  • Click on Course Analysis
  • Click on desired course
  • Click on Jobs
  • Select desired job and click Save
  • Click on Link Training to Knowledge/Skills Gaps
  • Select Desired Performance Gaps and click Save
